This is the Streaked Stone. The Windclan Leader calls ceremonies and announcements from this wind-blown stone, streaked with markings from storms and the heavy winds in the territory. The rock is high, but easy to climb, and flattened down at the top from being used over and over again from generations of clan leaders.
